Join us at the Pentathlon des Neiges

10 days of races for elites and amateurs

It’s made our list of must-do winter races and this year Get Out There Magazine’s reporter Steve Meyer will return to the Plains of Abraham for the annual Pentathlon des Neiges.

The event, which takes place over 10 days from February 24th through March 5th, features a wide range of races including its flagship Pentathlon – a five-sport endurance race where participants bike, run, ski, skate and snowshoe in consecutive order to complete the event. Participants compete solo or put together a team of two to five to tackle one or more of the five winter sport stages.

Also featured is the Quebec ITU S3 Winter Triathlon World Cup, a winter triathlon where participants snowshoe, skate and ski their way to finish line glory. Elites and age-groupers alike can partake in the fun. (Are you an elite female? You may qualify for this opportunity!)
