Win 2 Entries into the Vermont City Marathon

Springtime in Vermont sounds nice, doesn’t it?

About 70 kilometres south of the border (and about 150 kilometres from Montreal) is the scenic town of Burlington, Vermont. This quaint college town sits on the eastern shore of Lake Champlain. Among other claims to fame, Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield opened a little ice cream shop here in 1978 – the humble beginnings of the Ben and Jerry’s ice cream conglomerate. The historic town, known as one of America’s healthiest, is vibrant and active with festivals and sporting events taking place throughout the year.

On May 28th thousands will descend on this small(ish) town for the annual People’s United Bank Vermont City Marathon & Relay. The stunning course starts at Battery Park overlooking the Adirondack Mountains and Lake Champlain. Runners will take in tree-lined neighbourhoods, views of the Green Mountains and lake views en-route to the finish line at Waterfront Park. There is a full runners expo on Friday and Saturday of marathon weekend.

This year two lucky Get Out There fans will have the opportunity to experience the Vermont City Marathon. We are giving away two marathon entries! It takes less than 20 seconds to register for your chance to run Vermont in the spring!

Enter now for your chance to win. Contest closes February 10th!
