The 48k loop around Cape Chignecto Park, has roughly 2600m of elevation! The loop may also include water crossings depending on the weather leading up to race day - so be prepared for possible wet feet. The 24k out and back has ~1500m of elevation, the 12k has ~ 800m and the 6k has ~ 300m. ***The 24k and 48k are not recommended as beginner courses - there is plenty of elevation with narrow and technical trails.
