Camping can be a solitary pursuit, but it is often also an opportunity for couples to leave the city behind and squirrel away in a tent together for some quality alone time. But those darn sleeping bags can be an awkward barrier. Not with the Hotcore Blueberry Hill Double Wide Sleeping Bag.
Get Out There gear reporter and backcountry guru Brad Jennings tested out the Blueberry Hill and was thoroughly impressed by the performance from the double-bag.

The unique aspect of this bag, says Jennings, is that the Blueberry Hill can also operate as two separate bags.
“The sleeping bag has two distinct tops, a thinner summer layer rated at 10+ degrees Celsius and a thicker shoulder season layer rated at minus 7 degrees celsius,” he says.
The rectangular shape offers plenty of room and tapers to the foot box, and there are drawcords at the shoulder to ensure a snug fit to keep the heat in and the cold out and velcro closures for added airtightness.
Although versatile, it is a double-sized bag and weighs in at eight pounds, but it comes in a compression bag.
