With teams of eight or four (ultra) running laps around a scenic eight-km trail, Timber24 is set to create lasting memories and unite participants in a shared love for trail running.

The Timber24 Experience

Timber24 isn’t just a race; it’s a vibrant celebration of the trail running community. Participants will collectively cover an impressive 192 km over the 24-hour period. Each team member takes on the challenge of running an 8 km lap every hour, ensuring an exhilarating and endurance-testing experience.

The event’s unique format promotes teamwork, as teams strategize and support each other through the grueling but rewarding 24-hour journey. As runners traverse the beautiful trails of Hardwood Ski and Bike, the event fosters a sense of unity and camaraderie among participants.

The Vibe: From Tent Village to Beer Garden

Timber24 offers more than just running; it’s a full-fledged festival with a lively atmosphere. Teams can set up their own campsite in the Tent Village, earning bonus points for creative decorations. The Physio/Massage Village provides essential services, ensuring participants stay in top shape with 15-minute treatments from registered massage therapists or physiotherapists.

Fueling the Run

The event ensures participants are well-fed and energized throughout the 24 hours. Free coffee and hot chocolate are available in the mornings, while a 24-hour food service on-site caters to runners’ nutritional needs. Additionally, the retail store remains open throughout the festival, offering essentials and exclusive Timber24 swag items for purchase.

Post-Run Celebration

As the sun sets on Saturday evening, the Timber24 Beer Garden comes to life, providing a perfect setting for runners to unwind and celebrate their achievements. The festival doesn’t stop when the race ends – participants can enjoy backyard games, a movie night, and the warmth of campfires, creating an unforgettable post-race experience.

Timber24 is more than just a race; it’s a celebration of endurance, community, and the love for trail running. The event’s unique format, coupled with a vibrant atmosphere, ensures that participants not only challenge themselves physically but also forge lasting connections with fellow trail running enthusiasts.
